1. Custom Fingerprint Pendants - Final Sale 

   Due to the custom nature of our Fingerprint Pendants, all orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once the fingerprint image has been uploaded to our app. We provide detailed instructions to ensure you capture a clear, high-quality fingerprint. 2. Custom Fingerprint Pendants - Photography & Production Errors 

   Our design team carefully reviews every submitted fingerprint to ensure we highlight the most meaningful and detailed portion of the print in your design. If there is any issue with the image you’ve submitted, one of our designers will reach out to you before production to find the best solution.

   Each Forever LT jewelry piece undergoes thorough quality control before it is shipped. However, if your item arrives with a defect, such as a broken chain or a missing stone, please email us at Info@ForeverLT.com.

Steps To Return An Item

To return an item, please email our team at Info@ForeverLT.com. You will need to provide the following:

1. Include “RETURN” in all caps in the title of your email
2. Include details of your order (including the order # from your Confirmation Email)
3. Reason for your return including a picture of the defect
4. The Forever LT team will confirm your return, if applicable
5. Return your piece - all jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts or accessories- no exceptions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your return unless the return is due to a confirmed defect of the jewelry.
