Locate the Forever LT Loved One ID Number in the email we sent you. This email also includes your loved one’s fingerprint as an attachment. Enter the ID number in the field beneath the necklace you wish to purchase. If you have a fingerprint image from another source, proceed to Step 3.

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation and an upload link email. Open the upload link email with instructions on how to upload fingerprints. Sometimes this gets lost in spam, check your All Mail folder just in case. If you submitted a Loved One ID #, you will attach the fingerprints found in step 2.

Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. You will receive an additional email with a UPS tracking number once your item has been shipped.
