How to Order

Helpful guide to creating a fingerprint keepsake necklace

Step 1: Choose Your Necklace

Select the design that would honor your loved one and help you hold them close to your heart.

Every Forever LT necklace comes with a deep and meaningful message and one of the designs is bound to resonate with you.

Step 2: Enter Loved One ID # (if applicable)

Enter the Forever LT Loved One ID number in the field on the Forever LT website. The Loved One ID # can be found in your email from Forever LT. That same email also included your loved one’s fingerprint(s) as an attachment (you will need these for the next step).

Add the necklace you love to your cart & purchase.

If you have a fingerprint image from elsewhere, continue to step 3.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation Email

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to upload the fingerprint(s). If you submitted a Loved One ID #, you will attach the fingerprints found in step 2.

Step 4: Receive Fingerprint Keepsake

Orders take 3-4 weeks to arrive. You will receive an additional email with a UPS tracking number once your item has been shipped.
