There are several ways to locate your loved one’s fingerprints. The guide below can help.
- Email: Look for any emails from Forever LT or your funeral home. If you can’t find one, contact your funeral home or reach out to us directly.
- Funeral Home: Most funeral homes take fingerprints. Contact the one that assisted you, they may still have them on file.
- Driver’s License: If you're in Texas, we have a partnership with the TX DPS and may be able to help.
- Old passports or legal documents
- Military records
- Police records
